Languedoc has been reinventing itself for thirty years and now assumes its status as a leader both in terms of production quality and worldwide recognition in the wine and tourism sector.

The climate is very mild with an average of 2400 hours of sunshine a year in Languedoc and Roussillon. The winds that blow in this region, sculpt the terroir often dry and promotes a large blue sky. The famous climatologist Leroy Laurie said that our region is the little France, because it represents all the climates of our country. From the Greeks, the Romans, the Visigoths, the Middle Ages and the Cathars, each period has marked this region for more than 4000 years and has allowed its inhabitants to perpetuate this Mediterranean tradition of conviviality, openness and tolerance.
